★ Personality :
_{Minami is a cold and harsh person, judged from the outside. She has a sharp tongue and lashes out at anyone who does her wrong. Many times, her pride gets to her and can get to the point of annoyance. The aura she gives out is intimidating and is often known as the "Ice Princess." She has a hot temper and usually isn't the first one to apologize. In addition, she is very judgmental and first impressions usually impact of how highly Mina will think of you. However, she is actually very caring, and if you somehow get close to her, Minami will show you that she cares in her own subtle way. She blurts hurtful words before even thinking about them and after reflecting, she regrets even spurting those out. Reliability is one of her good traits and keeps promises, having a record for never breaking one. Minami may come out as arrogant, well....because she's very confident in herself. She makes direct eye-contact with whomever she talks to and confidently strides like a runaway model. Minami will never hunch her back and always stands up tall or sits up straight. She speaks with clear, enunciated words so everyone could hear exactly what she says. But everyone has their own embarrassing moments so she's not 100%, on the very top. When embarrassed, she blushes madly like a strawberry. She starts shouting insults and mumbles incoherent words. Independent is another word that can describe Minami. Telling other people her problems is one of the thing she detests doing and doesn't whine or complain about her life. Rather, Mina's a good listener and a helpful adviser at that because of her logical reasoning, and precise conclusions. She relies more on herself than anyone else and would like to keep it that way. Minami's fussy over many things but when it comes to cleaning and schedules, she is very meticulous. Everything must be 100% dust, stain, dirt-free. She is not very flexible with changes in schedules and time, getting agitated easily over simple things.}

★ Biography :
<sub>Minami was born the youngest of an arranged marriage between two opposite people. There were a total of four members, including herself, in the family. She had a sister that was a year older than her, named Sayaka, whom she adored more than dearly.The mother was a Korean singer/pianist while the father was a Japanese man who was in charge of big named athletes. Even though they married, their parents never grew to love each other and preferred to stay as friends. However, they were expected to make the next generation, and so they did. As the girls grew older, their mother and father decided to live separately. Under the "law," they were married but really lived a single life. The mother took the youngest back to her hometown in Korea and the father stayed in Japan, taking the eldest. Minami didn't complain and never questioned her parents' decisions. Although there was quite a distance between the family, they were close emotionally and the bond was never broken. That being said, their grandparents didn't approve of their actions and tried many times to force them to live together. In the end, they failed because their parents were so obstinate, saying this was the best solution.

At the age of 9, Minami was enrolled to the nearest private school. Before that, she was home schooled by many private tutors. She did not have many chances to socialize with children her own age, and growing up in a sophisticated environment, she was mature. Her expressions were usually stoic and her sharp eyes did not help. Mina's classmates distanced themselves from her and not long after, the teasing began. At first, it wasn't so bad that Minami couldn't handle it herself. She glared at the girls who whispered behind her back, and they hushed as soon as eye-contact was made. Even after a year, Minami never made a friend and her mother was concerned that she hadn't brought a friend home. Mina's mother invited Minami's class for her birthday and everything went well. Minami was laughing for the first time in months and made friends with a group of girls that used to tease her. Things went downhill in middle school, when a boy kissed her in her freshman year. The boy who her friend had a crush on. The rumor started to spread like wildfire and Minami was turned into the bad guy. Minami, had done nothing wrong. She had rejected politely and now she was looked in disgust, like a monster. People called her names and started picking on her.

The bullying worsened and she was verbally abused by her classmates everyday. They made her get into embarrassing situations and Minami's cold (tsundere) persona started to develop. She pretended to be strong and stood tall when she walked. However in the inside, she was crumbling and everything seemed hopeless. She started to believe what they said about her and hated herself for being vulnerable. The only light that Mina could see was none other than her beloved sister, Sayaka. She visited Sayaka at least once a month and she looked forward to those days. She never told her sister about the bullying happening at school. Being seen as weak in front of her sister was not an option and she made sure her sibling never found out. Minami had a sister-complex and was inseparable from Sayaka. This was the only time Minami smiled as if there was no care in the world. She laughed freely because she knew her adoring sister wouldn't judge her. Mina was her true self and bursted with happiness. Their mother sensed something wrong with Minami, her drastic changes when she came back to Korea. She coaxed Minami to start playing instruments and let go of herself, to enter a world of her own. Taking lessons earlier, she was familiar with the piano but Minami wasn't too keen on it. She picked up the piano very easily and began to try others. The violin and the flute captured her interest as well. Mina's musical skills increased and she grew so into the world of music, loving the touch and sound of the instruments. Her mother was very pleased with this but this did not stop the bullying. Minami asked to transfer schools in grade 7 and without question, her mother enrolled her into a public school. This school was better. She wasn't bullied about her eyes and called names. She didn't bother to make friends and kept to herself. Very independent, other students thought it was queer but let her be. She gained her confidence through this place. She excelled in her studies and received many compliments from students and teachers. She entered music competitions, representing her school and won many first places. Minami was the pride of the school. Many tried to get close to her but she pushed them all away. She only needed herself and her family, but secretly she was just scared of getting hurt again. She didn't want to make mistakes and break the bond. She told herself that she wasn't ready to have friends yet and that was that.

Her pride as a musician increased and even began to sing. Minami and her mother got closer through their musical bonds. She performed with her mother a few times at concerts and was not at all pressured by her mother's influence in the music industry. After graduating middle school, she decided that she wanted to attend high school with her sister. She constantly pestered her mother and father and they finally had the conversation as a whole family. After much thought, Minami was given permission to stay with Sayaka and her father for her high school education.</sub>
